Finding your Tiger
About
Kathryn Bunce
Originally trained as a scientist, with an early career in technical and commercial roles and later as a private science tutor, I now use the pragmatic skills that I developed to teach mindfulness and coach in a practical, down to earth and friendly way so that my clients fully understand the principles and truly benefit from the knowledge of these powerful personal development techniques.
As a result of benefitting personally from both mindfulness and personal coaching as an ex-pat living in Australia in recent years, juggling family and other challenges, I was motivated to share these positive experiences with others and trained in both disciplines.
After the positive feedback I received teaching mindfulness in Australia, this inspired me to continue on my return to the UK. The desire to become a life coach developed naturally from this and from my wish to help others to benefit in the same way that I have.
I truly believe that the techniques that helped me can help others. I realise with hindsight that I could have benefitted from mindfulness skills and life coaching in my earlier life, but I am grateful to have come across both later in life and now be in a position to pass these enabling life skills on to others.
I am committed to providing an excellent and tailored service that will allow you to progress, whether you require coaching, mindfulness training or a combination of both.
I also hold a Diploma in Positive Psychology and was a student of the School of Practical Philosophy, part of the London School of Economics, for a number of years, in Australia and the UK. I use the knowledge and experience from these disciplines within my teaching and coaching.
